What a caring group of dental professionals! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Dr. Williams takes the time to understand your problems and explain what can be done. I like that he does not rush into the most expensive and invasive procedures, but takes a measured response, seeing if simple things work first. He even tells good, funny stories while he's working on you. Dental procedures make me anxious and fearful, and Dr. Williams and his staff went a long way to ease my fears and keep me out of pain. I am forever grateful to these wonderful folks who go the extra mile. They treat you like you matter at Precision Endodontics. <3

Just had a root-canal procedure with Dr. Williams and couldn't be happier with how it went. Truly, not bad at all. He and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and accommodating. Nobody loves getting an endodontic procedure, but Dr. Williams and his staff make it as pleasant as possible.

Was recommended to Dr. Williams by my primary dentist and I am very thankful he pointed me in that direction. I had a root canal done that was particularly difficult, but it was done with care and precision by Dr. Williams who was sincere and forthcoming with his analysis. He was attentive to any pain I may have felt and explained every step. He even called a day after the first treatment to see how I was doing. The ladies up at the front desk were also very nice as well, along with the dental assistants. I highly recommend this practice.

Have been with Dr.Williams for couple of root canal treatments .. He has taken his time to make sure all is good and settling down as in my case not the normal root canal. I appreciate his patience and professionalism making sure he is doing the best for my situation. I never feel he is doing work unnecessarily at all . If anything he will hold off doing work till absolutely deemed necessary. His team around him make the visit pleasant & friendly. I would not go anywhere else I drive from Wakeforest to see him. Even though there are specialists literally top of my road I will still drive to Dr Williams

I highly recommend Dr. Williams for all your periodontal needs. My dentist recommended Dr Williams and I am grateful he did. Dr Williams and his team were just great; not only in the actual dental work but JUST AS IMPORTANT their customer care. Dr Williams was fully aware of my level of comfort throughout the procedure. Following the visit, later that afternoon, Dr Willams called to check on how I was doing. That is personal patient care. If you need root canal therapy, here is (in my opinion) the best dentist in practice in the Raleigh area.
